Membership of Canley Heights RSL Youth Club
All dance students must become a member of the Canley Heights RSL Youth Club. An application for membership must be completed by parent or student (if 18 years of age or older) - see form below. Membership fee per annum is $18.00. Completed form and fee should be submitted to Registrar.
Registration with Combined Committee
If student wishes to dance at the RSL festivals he/she must become registered with the combined committee and pay an annual fee of $10.00.
Transferring from another RSL Youth Club
If the student is already registered with the combined and is transferring from another RSL Youth Club a transfer form needs to be completed and signed by a representative of both his/her present club and our club.
Family/ contact details
For our records we need parents to complete a form with their details ie address, phone numbers and ages of children etc (see attachment below – please hand the completed form to the Ballroom Dancing Committee Secretary).
