Ivans Villa

200 yards away is Ivan’s Villa built by Ivan Miota who stayed for a couple of years building.  This fully self contained cottage has 1 bedroom with a double bed.  There is a sofa bed in the lounge room which converts to a double bed if required.  Outside there is a large gauzed in entertaining area, the Villa contains TV, and is air conditioned.
